1. Access Your Navigator Dashboard
You can always access your navigator dashboard at app.joincurio.com where you can sign in using your credentials created above.
2. Patients Dashboard
The default view is your list of patients. Your organization may have predefined your patient list; otherwise, we’ll show you how to add your patients in the next section.
3. Engagement Metrics
In each patient row, you will find their basic profile info as well as engagement info under “Latest Action.” These real-time metrics, such as how often a resource has been accessed, can help you understand patient engagement levels.
4. All Resources
This is where all your resources are stored. If your organization has uploaded pre-defined lists of resources, you will find them saved here. Otherwise, we’ll show you how to add new resources in a following section.
1. Add a New Patient
You can quickly add a new patient with just a name and any notes you’d like to add. You can update with contact info such as email and phone at the next step.
The “Notes” section is a great place to store personal details, such as their kids' or dogs' names, favorite music, or other things that can help personalize their journey, in addition to important information related to their treatment.
2. Edit Patient Profile
You can update contact information as well as the patient’s name and notes with the “Manage” button to the right of a patient’s name.
In the profile itself, you can access and edit info. Click “Update Profile” to save.
1. Start Adding a Resource
Navigate to “All Resources” and click on the “Add New Resource” button to start.
2. Insert Info About Resource
Input the title, link URL and description (or upload an image or PDF instead). Click "Save" when you are finished.
You can use “Description” section to add pertinent details about a resource, such as the link to a form, a direct phone number to call, etc.
1. Select a Patient
Choose the patient you wish to share a resource with from the "Patient Dashboard." Click on the “Manage” button to access their profile.
2. Share a Resource
Under “Shared Resources,” click on “Share Resources.”
3. Select Resources
Once you've found the right resources, click on the checkbox to the left to add it to the Sharing Bundle Link. You can also add a new resource if it is not already part of your resources list.
If you’d like to add a specific note with just one resource, you can do so in the “Custom Note” section.
4. Complete Sharing Bundle
Now, click the “Generate Sharing Link” button.
5. Add Contextual Information (Optional)
You can add personalized notes or additional information to give the patient context about the resource you are sharing. There will be default messaging in place that you can edit. This message is for the full sharing bundle link, whereas the “Custom Note” section above is for that particular resource.
6. Generate Sharing Link
Now click on the “Generate Sharing Link” button to generate…a sharing link!
7. Send Resource
Click on the box with the text to copy and then use your text, messaging, or email service to paste the message.
8. Verify Send
After you have shared the resource with the selected patient, verify that you have sent the message by clicking on “I sent the message to the patient.”
9. See Shared Resources
You can now find the list of resources you have shared with that patient under their profile:
